Now we are traveling .... MN, WI, MN,,,,, and now ----> IOWA !!!
Yup, I have added a hint.
Cant wait to see where it goes next.
Hurry someone tag this spot and post up another.
I can guarantee it will be found by Sunday if no one else gets there before then. I'm still puzzled on the gas station in Iowa though. I know it's not officially in the game, but how about a hint?
I found this using gps coordinates off the internet. I can see I-35 from the site. Here is a photo, perhaps one can make out the names on the memorial
...but musicians do
Nice grab Fluk, where to next?
The bulk of my riding career has so far consisted of commuting and super-slabbing, so I'm not familiar with a lot of interesting out-of the way places. But this thread has given me an excuse to meander down slower, twistier roads...
Baffling, or painfully obvious?
I would say it's somewhere near a yellow Interceptor?
Texaco. Don't make me ride down there! Cause you will not find my tag!
That is correct, but it was only a valid point of reference for about 9&1/2 minutes on Monday. Now, it's nowhere near a yella interceptor nor a yellow & puke-green interceptor. It's near a source of life that will never need painting, nor will speed up or slow down--AFAIK.
Yes, nobody but the local riders will have a clue. Throw a dog a bone...
i found it, it sits right down hill from saint thomas. wasn't as scary as finding the pillsbury building since i had to cross the 35w bridge. is it part of the grand rounds? it sits on the saint paul side. maybe your clue was a red herring. i'll look at my photos for the next destination.
This is me catching the pig after pushing it off the side stand while trying to move the trunk from in front of the cross while in gear with one hand (hand pulling clutch) and saluting with the other (hand changing plans) before the timer goes off on the camera:
This is some duche wondering what the hell I am doing lying on the ground behind a camera:
This is what success looks like cool calm and supported by side stands:
I was sweating too!
GPS Coordinates can be found in recent Central Forum thread.
I was definitely there first! To be fair I will go to yours if you go to mine.
that's funny, sure i'll agree you were there first, (it looked to be quite the ordeal). i knew instantly where the st. thomas tag was but nobody seemed to be looking for it, so i went. i'll submit this and also look for your tag.
it was a great ride down to alma and into the hill of wisconsin. hwy 60 outside of wabasha to zumbrota falls is one of the best roads in minnesota. little traffic going my way and one fast corner after another. still smiling
you now have spots to go to. Nice, that "Blind" road is sweet, eh?
