Wednesday, September 18th is National Cheeseburger Day .... just sayin'
Guys I live in Conroe and have been riding a bunch of the forest roads lately on my 1290 r. The roads are pretty easy except for some patches of deep sand here and there. If you don’t get back in the seat your front end will wash on you I had to save mine a couple of times. Other than that it’s great riding. I just found this lost so I will check the loop out. That bridge was still closed a week ago.
Rode the loop on my KLX yesterday. Roads are in good condition. I should've taken another break after Yankees. That was long leg.
Is this loop passable on a Can-Am Ryker Rallye? I want ride it on my GS and wondering if the wife's Ryker will make it also.
I don't know a damn thing about Can-am; so excuse me if I sound ignorant. I would recommend a dry day/time to go. The Grimes County section is pretty much all dirt and narrow. Turns to mud easily. Only a few spots with gravel and rarely is it deep. If the bike can handle those things then I guess it would be fine. You will ride through the forest service roads; if shes ever ridden those on the Can Am then really the trip should be fine.
