    Hello Everyone!
Currently I’m sitting in Marfa, Texas sipping a beer anxiously anticipating tomorrows border crossing! Tomorrow I cross the Mexican border at Presidio/Ojinaga to start what will be a multi-year solo RTW trip. Over three years ago I got the idea for this trip and after much effort, devotion and determination I am finally ready to go. I was suppose to be going on this trip with my partner but for reasons I still can’t accept and beyond my control, I will go alone. It started as my idea, alone and it returns to me, alone. With my Mosko luggage by my sides, Sjoerd Bakker’s book packed, my DR between my legs and my hands firmly on the grips I ride on.

I am taking a break from social media due to the sudden and unexpected change or lack there of, company but I hope to find my presence online sometime in the future after I have had some time to myself. But I will however be posting on ADVrider and Horizons Unlimited! I haven’t done much posting myself even though I use these resources all the time, so its about time that I give back and connect with you all! I’ll be posting ride reports and stories here as I go.

Mexico will be my first stop, below is my general route through Mexico to Guatemala. You can see it in more detail through this link. https://goo.gl/maps/sdSUB39RMsP2 Below that is my overall route. Of course it all is going to change as I go but please reach out if you are anywhere close to the route and want to meet up. I am also an artist and metal fabricator and have worked professionally in that field for years so I will be working and looking for work and projects as I travel the world, any connections there? Reach out! And you can email me at [email protected]

I’d like to see them cut through that Mosko material! I won’t worry to much with what I’ve seen I can withstand

I'm in. Also, we've a moto club in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, MX and you are invited to visit us here if you follow your route as it currently appears at Garmin. Great local rides for you to enjoy if time and interest allow. I or someone else will put you up, and introduce you all around. We also have a superb mechanic who will give himself to any mechanical issues you might have or expect. All that said, good luck in your travels!
