How was the ride ? any pics?
You sure are crafty with the back roads
I think the crew is taking a nap after such an early start. About 310 miles this mornin'.
I am nursing a serious case of KTM950 sore-ass, sure wish I had Brad's BMW seat.
Them boys can ride. :eek1 Pics this afternoon.
ok, my turn...
so who's up for riding this Sunday at either Buff Range, the Cliffs, and/or local roads around Starved Rock ??
Small d/p bikes need only apply (well, except chain and his F650, he can handle anything) -- sorry GS's, I don't think you'd have any fun on singletrack...
any takers ? Motojoe said he's in... BvKamp said maybe...
well how was the route. that was kind of a wing it. I usually ride from Lacon South, but tried to work out something that would work on a short day from the City
the roads on the East side of the river should have been fun
Great route! We had to stop a few times (because we're stupid) but figured we'd blame you instead.
Sun at our backs
Mike has a dirt-riding background and Taki a road-riding background, but regardless of the surface this was my view most of the day:
Mike chillin' with the beast
Mike's wicked-ass pipes
Mike throwing some gravel
Taki gives the ADVrider salute
Mike gets stuck in the sand. Ironically, Mike was the one who said the stream bed looked too soft to ride on.
More salutes . . .
You da best Todd!
Thanks for the sweet ride
Next time, think you can help me dirty this thing up?
trim the fat. thats absolutely the fattest KTM I have ever seen. Looks like a good time. sorry about the dead end. hope there werent too many. only thing worse than a closed road is a paved road. Those bike are sooooo nice and clean. you boys need to get outta the city a little more Glad to see you found a creek bed and felt obliged to get in. did you ride it to the river? If you enjoyed any of this ride, as bv knows its a small taste of what Fulton has to offer.
sure. just bring it down on a trailer, leave it for a week or so and Ill be sure to accomodate
Anytime. if you guys ride like bv says then come on down. you wont be disappointed. it aint the devils backbone, but it may very well be his elbow.
i can't believe i didn't even get a phone call..
you bought that shit about a planned route
sorry goat the menue said chicken for lunch and well you know...............
