They have been getting worse for 10 years.
So the blatant official favoritism is OK with you? Without it, and all the cheating, Brady would be just another overpaid douchebag.
We all knew the Chiefs defense was crap. Didn't the Pats drop 40 on them early in the season. The KC offense needed to step up big time and they didn't in the 1st half. Patriots could have, should have put this game away in the 1st half.
A damn shame we have to live through another Patriots Superbowl. And this happens to be their weakest team.
that roughing the passer call was BS.
Except he was generally always correct. Perhaps he should be coaching.
I don't think the officials favor the Pats. Quarterbacks? yes. I'm convinced there are calls either made. or not made, to ensure a close game. Or to sway the odds a bit.
If you were running a gambling empire, how much would you pay for one call in the fourth quarter? Doesn't have to decide the game, just improve your odds.
It wasn't a Pats player that lined up offside on a play that would've sealed the game. I wonder why that is? The Chiefs were out-coached, as Andy Reid usually is in big games.
When the refs fuck up....just what consequences do they suffer??? I'm guessing it's pretty much...."Boy....we fucked up there big time! Sizzler or Golden Corral tonight???"
I think they....and the guy that called Payton and said we blew it....should have had to go in to the Saints locker room immediately after the game and be held accountable.
Every other occupation has accountability.......well....except weather forecasters.
How about the flag thrown after the lineman touched Bradys shoulder pad? There is plenty of history showing officiating in favor of these overrated clowns.
Sure, that crap was everywhere this year, all season long. But, where was the KC offense in the first half? How many 3rd downs did NE convert? How many timeouts did Reid call in order to give his defense a blow on that last drive and settle them down? Why didn't they jam Gronk hard at the line to disrupt the timing and give their pass rush a chance? Plus, that whole neutral zone penalty fiasco.
I'm really tired of the Brady/Belichick lovefest, too, but you can't deny that they're the best-coached team that most of us have ever seen. The Chiefs had numerous chances to win that game. They were out-coached. They ignored the little things, and lost, while the Pats have built a dynasty around them.
Andy Reid and being outcoached, name a better duo.
I have a ton of respect for Mahomes. I didn't buy into him, yes even after the monster regular season, but he is legit and face of the NFL after last night. Better fight than P.Manning ever displayed against the Pats in the playoffs.
I have read articles of the NFL research into artificial officials,
Any infractions detected would need to be reviewed by a human, for the foreseeable future.
Worry’s about slowing the game are a big issue. However such a system would be immune to the acting taught in the NFL now. It would also improve and prevent bias in officiating. Or Bias could be programmed in.
Something I would not put past the owners. Or organized crime.
I would say that Garrett is number one at getting outcoached.
Reid should have tried this technique....
Not even close.....
Lining up offsides is the stupidest play in all of football. Look down the line; if you are across where the ball is sitting, take a step back. I never understand how pros make this mistake.
I do when he's announcing
So you’re more of a Collinsworth kind of guy?
Reid’s another retread chef’s coach and the defense is horrible. Not surprised at all. Love watching Mahomes though. Posted by a llife long disappointed KC fan. We’ll get’em next year.
Jesus H Christ, I didn't know there was that much sand in the entire world that is currently getting moist in the vag of some of the people in this thread
KC should have won. Guess what though, the record will show for the rest of eternity that they didn't.
