I suggest two factors decided that game.

    1. The OT coin toss - the winner goes down and wins the game, such is how both QB's were in control.

    2. The Pats 14-0 cushion. KC came roaring back to make it an OT game. Without that early cushion, Pats are in trouble in the second half.

Chiefs were lucky that the Patriots were up only 14-0. It easily could've been more.

Thread title should read, “Chiefs Defense sucks donkey balls”.

DC Sutton fired and the 1st name mentioned to replace him was Rex Ryan...

Might work... might not, never know but something has to change as the offense is tops in the league.

Would be a bad move. The foot doctor is second fiddle to no one. It would be disastrous to team cohesion.

I like Maholmes but lets not forget all the recent 1 yr wonders. The NFL has a way of finding a players weaknesses and shutting them down. Lets hope the hype machine doesn't get to his head like RG3 and ruin him. He's fun as hell to watch ,just hope he stays healthy.

I think RG3's knee is what really got him (I remember him being left in against the Seahawks in that playoff game until one last injury). However, you are right, the league has a way of figuring out players. Mahomes looks like he has the physical ability to withstand that.

So funny reading this with the hindsight of knowing what happened in the end. Tom Brady is not the messiah. He is no where near what he was capable of 15 years ago. He is old, slow and his arm is tired. The Bucs will be an average team with him, but more likely he will be injured in the first couple of weeks, so it will be irrelevant.

So glad you were wrong! And now, with a potentially explosive running game, he should be even safer.
