Lol. Yeah, maybe “Cannonball” is not an apt name for the ride. Sounds fun, though.

Ignition duty has been ironed out as far as choice.

I'm getting rid of the DynoJet Power Vision 3 and going ARacer RCMini5 with AF1 wideband module.

The benefits of auto tuning using onboard wideband, full rpm range utilization of my setup, and customization of target AFR and timing so the engine is running cool and happy.

Also sold my old setup already. Didn't expect that to be snatched up so quick.

Going to sell my HotLap exhaust too to keep the garage cleaned out.

Better hurry up on all of this stuff because my days of free time aren't going to be here forever.

Oops. So much for that footage!

Didn't take any pics either. Just wanted to film a bit local since time was limited.

    Need a real ride soon.

    Son of a...

Had my daughter filming the bearings install and what does she do? Stops filming right before I put the crank bearing in!

    No do overs there.

The crank didn't just slide right into a hot bearing. Off to the shop to have them pull it through tomorrow.

Once that is done I'll throw in the rest of the goods and seal it up.

Need to pull the speedo healer out, put the ARacer in and prep for the engine being back home.

Plus get an O2 bung welded into the header.

    This thing better fly!

Hate to say this but I've gotten this sudden disinterest in bikes. The itch to work is roaring and to get back to the fight.

Brian, don't beat yourself up too hard. It happens to all of us when we are so caught up with something for what seems like a long time.
Give your self time, move onto taking of yourself and the family.
The bike projects will always be there.

The Monkey will be done soon. The lower half will be sealed up today as long as that crank goes in properly.

Mentally I'm just gearing up to get back to work and it will likely consume the majority of my time.

My Hondabond didn't come with an applicator tip either so I am looking for a small flat edge to paint it on with.

Almost thinking q-tip but it will leave tiny hairs. Maybe find some flat toothpicks.
