If you have not been, the Kelso Station is another neat museum. Too bad the couple that ran the lunch counter there decided to give it up some years back. Enjoyed a number of lunches there on my rides.

I've been there/through there so many times but never stepped foot in the building. Usually just a bathroom break and/or picture stop.

If there was food I'd be there a lot in the winter.

Part of my winter warmer routes.

    Brian may have missed this,

but he has since parted with the cub to a fellow inmate here on ADV(@villageidiot), of which he has since sold it also. So that little Cub is now on it's 3rd owner. That little thumper had some serious road time between those two! The bike was not just a grocery getter, but proved itself as a provable little traveler.

Welcome to the world of ADV @Mysta. Where ya at? Not sure what SC is? Whatcha riding? You'll find ton's of great info here on ADV, welcome to the mix.

Ahh cool! I've always thought about grabbing one to go on little adventures. I'm in South Carolina, US. Got a Z125 I use as my garage toy(build it to 177cc), FTR 1200S, and CB1000R is latest. Plan on getting rid of Z at some point to get a more adventure style bike and then possibly adding a track bike to do some learning on in Atlanta.

With just a shock change you could track the CB1000R. That bike is the business. One of my favorite bikes that I'm tempted to buy again when business picks back up.

The Super Cub is an awesome little bike. It hauled my 220 lbs geared up tookus on a 375 mile day. Up mountains, through desert gravel. Indestructible little machine. I keep thinking I should have kept it. Guessing the model will not be around for a long time. There are only so many small bike connoisseurs in the US that will by such a machine.

I liked just looking at it let alone riding it.

If we get the dirt version, the CT125, I'll probably pick one up.

Did the Yosh pipe make an appreciable difference on the Cub?

The exhaust I used is a Moriwaki. Similar looking characters to the Yoshimura.

It is a chambered design so it doesn't need repacking and it isn't straight through and has a nice tone without being annoyingly loud.

It seemed to give quicker acceleration but I noticed no top end gain. I believe top end gain is purely cam related.

Not to clutter up your thread with my story, but I thought you would find this interesting. Corbin kind of merged my ship to and bill to address. Used some lines of each.:rofl

They did the same thing two years ago. That seat floated around for one month.

I caught it early this time. Hopefully it is corrected before the seat gets to the non-existent address.

If it is blue I am going to be pissed!!!!!!

I rode 400 miles after eating those nachos. It isn't that bad!

We just had Mexican food so many times traveling through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. Think I'm done with that stuff for a while.

My man, you got it backwards. Those power pulses shake the spackle off of the colon walls and make you have to go!

You didn't order on their webpage via your smartphone, did you?

Can only imagine how old the stuff is they used on my seat is before they pulled it out of the depths of their storage area....

    Never forget!
