    Maybe. Read this where it will discuss an app called CrossOver that is in beta for Chromebook. It requires that you install the google play store if you don't already have it. Your Chromebook must have an Intel processor and be somewhat newer (last few years). Not all apps will work so Basecamp is one you'll need to just try. Good luck and report back!!!

    Maybe you can run Mapsource instead of Basecamp?

    I have been maintaining an old windows XP laptop that is dedicated to my Garmin stuff running mapsource.

    Maybe now I can upgrade that 14 year old laptop for a new modern chrome book?
