Howdy. I haven't been riding much as of late, but I'm planning on getting out for a backwoods ride pretty soon (I hope). Cheers.

A couple Hoosiers and Buckeyes meeting for a ride tomorrow if anyone else is interested. Starting about 9 and finish up around 3. So not a big ride but should be fun...gonna head through Bonnell area and fill in the blanks with some gravel/backroads. Pack a lunch ride for a halfway stop kinda thing.

Just got back from a month in WNC, up in the Blue Ridge Mts.

All the mtn. roads are curvy, lots of 180’s, and often lead to dirt with no warning.

Lots of great hikes off the Blue Ridge Pkwy, many ending in waterfalls.

Highly recommend a trip for super roads, beautiful scenery, and at 4500’, cooler temps.

Is it a fully furnished living room suite and two new jetski. And they can be yours if the price is right.

Got the DS kit fully installed on the WR fo-fiddy, but I realized I forgot to add a speedo! Also, I now have way too many switches on my bars as the kit came with it's own on/off toggle that is independent of the bikes on/off button. I need to combine a few functions and wire in a key switch that turns on the ignition and also turns on the DS kit I added. I can turn the headlight off on the controls and the headlight only works while the engine is running so I'm not worried about draining the battery that way. Debating on whether to also have a kill switch or an on/off toggle, or just the key. Thoughts?

Hey guys. New to the area. Are there any places on the north side of Cincinnati to play offroad?

Don't know how you expect to use the fo-fiddy, but I wouldn't mess with a key. Just put a toggle switch in an out of the ordinary location to disable the bike. I'd use a GPS instead of a speedo if I had the GPS already, and you should have one for sure. If you really want a speedo, I have the Trail Teck Vapor on the DRZ now and it's ok.

Take a look at this Loop. It's becoming a thing on the south west side story. It's not a difficult route.(IMHO) It is Monkey business.

Always a great time to be had at the Comet for bike night. Refreshing to catch up with people I don’t get to see very often. This W650 is on my radar for a next bike. Never seen one up close, this one belongs to @Speedo66. 76F3DED4-3683-454C-A7A5-FB393DC670BB.jpeg

I think your photography makes the bike look better than it does in person.

Thanks to @DYNOBOB for the side cases.

Have not been on here in a long time and now looking for someone to ride with at times. My riding buddy for 35 years passed away last year from pancreatic cancer. With Covid and all, did not go looking till now. I ride mainly pavement but enjoy some dirt or gravel. Enjoy day trips and some longer ones for a few days. Weeks are not totally out of the question if the wife is in a good mood to be alone for awhile. I'm retired and have a fair amount of free time. PM me if any interest.

Anybody else heading up to the Hocking Hills area next week for the Wailin' Wayne Weekend?

Although the "weekend" has stretched out to 5 days, starting Wed.

I have three vacation days left that I could use to extend that weekend and go. Looks like it has good road riding as well as some quality dual sport.
