What of the history do you know on this rig. Water damage? Painted cabinets? Pictures of hitch, bunk. Generator? 7mpg? Water heater. Furnace. . .

I have had this for 5 years. Has some water marks in the back on one wall. I resealed the roof seams last year and haven’t noticed any more water.
The 2 windows over the cab were removed by previous owner and sealed up. The bunk over the cab has not been finished rehab
Cabinet painted over the very dark wood grain to lighten up the interior (wife’s idea)
Hot water heater works well. Has a newer pump for the water system
Has generator but I rarely used it also has a gas furnace but never used that.
At 60 mph I got about 7.5 mpg
Don’t have a pick if the hitch hit used a hitch rack with a crf250l on it many times very stable
    It is about 29 feet
    awning is in good shape
Removed old carped and put in vinyl floor
Those were all the photos I have available can get more this weekend

I'd be interested in some additional pics of the interior particularly the cab-over area that used to be a bed, and some pics of the other exterior sides.

Any interest in partial trade for a BMW R1100S? It'd give me a good excuse to ride it out your way to say hello to some family...
    thanks -

What is the towing capacity? Curious if it would handle towing a trailer with 1 road bike + 1 small Dualsport. Ski Bum bug is nibbling big-time...and full-timing in an RV would be awesome!

I would have to look up the official towing numbers. I did tow a small 5x8 enclosed trailer with a klr and a crf250l for 600 miles and I only knew it was back there on very bumpy roads and when backing up.

If you prefer, PM me the VIN and I'll root around / see if I can find it.

Have you ever utilized this during cold weather / over the winter? Wondering how it would do as a base camp for skiing and / or snowmobiling...two "social-distancing Approved" activities for the coming season.

I have used it in November down to 25 degrees with a small electric heater inside and it was fine for me to sleep in. Base camping In winter depends on how brave you are!
I would not want to drive any Rv on a snow covered road.
