Great Moab pics! Haven't ridden there since 1997 or so and some spots look just as I remember them :clap

arrrrrgg i have to take these new brakes off and see whats going on.. i put some new pads on when i threw this tire on today and im getting some tesla coil type sound when i touch the front brake lever

at first i just equated it with the pads getting seated to the rotors but my rotors arent all worn or anything.. i just went for a nice little ride and they should have quieted down by now

im bailing last minute.. great almost first impression huh

i have sand in my vagina now that i know its common for ebc pads to buzz. i googled ebc brake noise last night and all i could find was no brainer dumbdown info
i inspected everything and put it back together then while watching some tv i googled "ebc brake buzz" and that was the term needed to find out its common

the fix; hacksaw some lines into the pads

the sand in the vag isnt from the buzz its from not using the correct searchwords and missing a ride

Indeed! It's always a good ride when you discover something new! :clap Thanks Swampy, and I SWEAR I won't tell anyone!

The Save of the Day award goes to quattroman, when he overcooked a left corner on Bayhead, and rode it out of the dirt by goosing the throttle to get it back on up on the pavement! It was awesome! :freaky

It just felt right giving it a full throttle at that moment. It was fun doing it.
