Question: Does this work with Touratech high crash bars? I see that the other bike has a lowered version but I think the TT bars sit higher across the front.

I looked at pics on Touratechs site and from what I can see it might work, the cross tube seems to be about an 1” below the lower part of the beak. That would mean you would need +/- 1” spacers to lower the fender enough. It would work but the fender would be pretty low??? I have installed this kit on a 1290T with Heed Crash Bars (see previous post here) and we had to add spacers to lower the fender enough not to interfere with the crash bars and it worked a charm. And at full bump there was no interference.

Let me know what you think!!!

    Cheers

Ordered today also, how about some links to fenders that will work with your kit.
I'd like an idea of what options are available.
    Thanks:Chris

The 1x90R bikes have 21" front wheels and 220 mm suspension travel. On those bikes it is hard to get an additional 1" to 1.5" space because the wheel is already close to touching the inside of the fender when the suspension is fully bottomed out. The other 1x90 bikes have 19" front wheels and 200 mm suspension travel, so you have almost 2" additional space which can be added without worrying about the wheel hitting the fender.

    * Correction- I think I ordered but did not receive a confirmation email. I did see the charge on my card so I must have misspelled my email address?

This looks very nice . High fender on my 1290 R would be sweet . Any time frame for the fork protector adapters ?
I'd want the full kit ready to bolt on and would like to keep the stock low fender .

My biggest dream in life at to have a CNC machine that "I have to keep busy between jobs". I would give my left nut to have access to a CNC milling machine! Oh, all the parts I would make

I'd think there should be "maker spaces" in a progressive intelligent country like yours . Many have cnc machines , 3d printers
and welding equipment available . Check it out .
