You had me at Around the World
Man, I'm in ........great pics, great ride report, a new slant on life..what a deal for us followers.
and the offer to come up here for some beers still stands
PM me when you reach Tokyo. Dinner's on me.
and by pass I mean keep a browser with your RR open and continually hit F5 all day at work. Do it!
You guys are the best. It's a done deal. And by done I mean I've made my decision and it's going to happen. I'm a big fan of saying yes first and then figuring out the 'how' part.
Get on with it! The world is not going to come to you.
Can't wait to read this RR! If you find yourself in southern New Brunswick shoot me a PM. Dinner's on me.
My question is:
Will it be on a Panigale ?? If so, current bike or new ??
You write it AH, we will follow
Life is a one-way trip!
Your ride reports are among the finest on this site, with breathtaking photos and inspiring reflections on the world and your place in it. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences with us.
As others have said, if you write it we'll read it.
Do I see a Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign in your future? I suspect there are quite a few people here who love your writing and would be willing to help fund this epic journey... as long as you keep the updates coming!
Have you left yet?
if you haven't already checked out "the long way around" or "the long way down" you should. The two guys who made the documentary are Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman. Its on netflix streaming. I'm sure you'll be able to pick up on some helpful hints.
Good luck & keep us posted as to your trip. I'd be willing to bet there are a couple thousand people anxiously awaiting your next big trip.
Wish my job allowed me to work form anyplace with a network connection.
Yep, it'll be on a Panigale and yep, it'll be on the current bike.
sstorkel: I considered Kickstarter--and appreciate the reminder to consider it further.
fritzcoinc: Have not left yet. D-Day will be sometime in late April or early May.
Everyone else: Thanks, seriously, for all your confidence and support.
