?

Was the solar clock photo a file photo and thus should be disqualified as tag?

I am always glad to be part of the problem, whatever that may be. Here is a little incentive to grab the TAG.

New Tag. This bucket can be found on CR 152 in a town named exit. It says Terry Crane and Rigging but is NOT at the address for Terry's Crane and Rigging that shows up on Google search. There's also a 350 something foot tall smoke stack nearby.

Seems a little west of the "front range"

What are the boundries anyway? Wyoming to the north, New Mexico to the south, Kansas and Nebraska to the east...what is the boundry to the west?

Here are the only boundaries I have seen. From page 1.

Lets restrict the area (for this winter anyway) to the front range and eastern plains. This means no farther west then where the snow builts up. No farther east then Kansas (this allows for some cool indian battle grounds), Fort Collins in the northern border and Pueblo could be the southern border

Not sure why it was ever allowed to go down to Trinidad or some of the other outlying places.
    But not my game....

Most "definitions" of "Front Range" include up to Casper, which I wouldn't be against. Some sites include the Eastern Slope to the divide, some limit it to the first range of mountains from Casper to Colorado Springs and some Pueblo.

It's an interesting issue when we take the time to look at the east to west expanse of the possible play area. North of Denver the Contential divide is fairly close, but down south it is as far west and almost Pagosa Springs.

my understanding was front range was for winter since the mountains can be sketchy obviously, but summer is open season and should be

There have been rules, boundaries, and locations that have bent the rules, so what?
It's not like you are going to go retrieve the current TOR.
FYI, it's well within the summertime boundaries.
So I guess it doesn't really matter, it's just a riding game, right?

With a title like "Colorado Front Range Tag", I expected it to be lemited to the east side of the continental divide and within colorful Colorado.
