Knew it was in Salida
2 weeks later, an easy Tag location, in a great ride destination, goes unclaimed.
Life support has been unplugged.
Let it die for what little dignity it has left.
In two weeks I will be back riding after hip replacement. That would be an easy GRAB for me if you can wait.
It is a beautiful weekend. Hopefully, somebody is heading out there to get the tag. We are going to the mountains but in a car.
I've been recovering from heart surgery and another GI surgery over the last 4 weeks. Doc says no heavy lifting that includes motorcycles. I have been cheating but don't think it would be wise to go for a 6-hour ride to the tag and back. Two more surgeries in October - November. Getting old sucks.
When the tag comes back to the front range I'd be able to play.
One last gasp.
I just got grounded due to wind. But, looks like it's been grabbed.
Knew you wouldn’t be able to resist.
Ok folks, get out and ride.
This road and Pass should be renamed
Smooth as glass new Assfault, from the east side up and over all the way to the turn in Taylor Park. Awesome left, right, left, right, ........ 3rd gear turns till your wrists start hurting. From the store to Almont is equally good along the River.
Grab! New and Improved Cottonwood Pass.
Thread just required a jump start.
It's been so long since people have grabbed a tag they are forgetting to NAME THAT TAG. Circle R Motel, Salida.
I think I still have a motorcycle somewhere in my garage.....now where is it? Maybe I can actually ride it in October sometime.
Did that ride a couple weeks ago. I am positive there is nothing better anywhere else on this planet.
There was a vintage German sports car event with about a thousand of the coolest old autos you have ever seen. Thank God they were all coming up the pass from the other direction.
I hope I didn't wake up the repairman.
That's Methodist Mountain burning on the background.
Picture of your riding buddy in Aspens.
I had the privilege to put in 1k miles riding the western half of Colorado last week.
Umm... WHere's the smoke?
It's in the picture.
Smaller picture, smaller smoke plume headed north up the Ark valley instead of west like it was in 2Tonic's picture.
The question should be, why is motogasoline posting his blurb in this thread? Obviously a lost tourist.
Grab. Riding buddy in Aspens.
