With that much power and that light, an automatic should be fine.
seriously cloth seats and an auto.... what a F*** up
the issue is likely that the auto will be matched to a much heavier car and the "logic" will never know what gear to be in.
Plus, my definition of a fun toy definitely means stick shift
So, unrelated, but my gf is on the search for a Honda CR-V or similar. Anyone seent anything? The biggest requisite is cruise control. Proximity to 32578 helps, but for the right deal traveling is fine. Budget is 4500
I had similar view to automatics before I got our Miata NC.
I don't know if the one in that Velocity one would be anywhere as good, but I really like the Man-u-matic type Auto in the NC.
From what little I have read on these Velocity rails the transmissions are out of the Porsche Boxster, so I am thinking it should be OK.
I’m in the same mindset. I thought I wanted a man pedal in the Audi S4 until I drove a DSG. Basically an auto clutch manual/no torque converter automatic/Rekluse car edition... however you want to describe it. Smarter folks here could explain better @Chicken Helmet
Whatever it is, and however it works- I love driving it
Pretty nice low mileage DRZ, even if it is a 2005.
Lotsa bike for the buck!
2000 Triumph Tiger 900 - $1250 (Tallahassee)
I can put eyes on it for someone if needed
I’m in town this week if someone wants eyes on that one too
The DR350 is mine. If someone off ADV wants it I will give them a really good deal.
Man it’s been awhile! If it’s your scoot I don’t need to eyeball it. I know it’s solid
Dang, it's already a good deal, especially considering its "Cult Bike" status!
Hope life has been treating you well, I sure miss those KLR rallies at the YMCA camp...some mighty good times were had, but all good things must end. That realization makes me savor the good things that much more.
Yeah, the TDA's were a lot of fun. For me it wasn't the same after Camp Indian Springs was no longer available. Great Pictures. Fun Times.
Drivin to tally Friday
Sounds like an improvement to me if scammers leave....
Now if all those guys who think their 7 year old DRZ400 supermotos are worth $6500 we might really be making some headway.
They're like the Taco(ma) trucks of the motorbiking world where people apparently think they are worth more after 5000 miles and applying some no fear stickers.
Umbrellas are a nice touch
And only $750
