No thanks, I’m not looking for a diesel version...
Specifically a 1992 R100R, repaint, Integral City Bags (my favorite), replacement silencer.
Oh boy, that looks very nice.
I call it, "asking for top dollar", somebody may be willing to pay $6500 but I don't think it will sell fast. Ad doesn't mention miles on the bike, so there is that.
Bloody gorgeous! But for comparison what would it take to finance the addition of a sidecar onto the nicely priced r100r?
Looks like 45k miles. I think he’s priced at top of the market
1975 BMW R90/6 - Excellent Condition - Same owner for 35 years - $5100 (SPOKANE)

A different take on life , here ...
1974 BMW R75/6 Mint condition - $5500 (Bozeman)
If those matching frames have titles, that's a nice deal. Could build quite a few bikes there.
Not saying it may not be a nice bike - but doesn't "Mint Condition" mean it's just like it came off the factory floor...??
Time for a little happy-dance!
It’s quite nice. It matches the “patina” of my bike very well, and the fellow shipped it first-class mail, so it arrived early while I was at home. (And by looking at the box’s packaging materials, I know he shops at Trader Joe’s and likes grapefruit juice! Unconventional, but well done.)
I just need to determine how the toolbox lid should latch, I know it shouldn’t be a stubby stainless bolt.
I believe the proper hollow bolt is still available, it uses a square shanked key.
83 R100RS - he’s down to $2550 now
89 R100RT - $1800
I'm convinced that's my old bike. That's about what I sold it for 25 years ago.
Easily north of $12K.
