2020 Dakar Factory KTM 450 RFR Rally Factory Racer (one of 85) - $42,500 *Price updated 06/14/21
    [IMG]
2020 KTM 450 RFR Rally Factory Bike

Raced the Eco Challenge to Dakar in N. Africa and then was completely stripped and rebuilt from the ground up by Lyndon Poskitt. 3 Integrated Factory Tanks - 8.7 Gallons. Carbon Tower, Carbon Bash Plate with integrated water tank, Road Book Holder. Turn signals, Horn and Headlights. You will need to get it plated on your own but it is prepped to do so. Michelin Desert Race tires with Michelin Mouses. The attention to detail of this bike is stunning and it runs and rides better than when the bikes that leave the factory. Fuel Injected. est 70+ HP. Around 300lbs dry. The bike is set up to race the Baja 1000 or any long distance Rally Race. You can't build a bike like this from consumer bike. There is no equal to a Factory Race prepped Rally Bike. If I took all my best enduros and road bikes and added them up, they wouldn't amount to this bike. It is a completely different experience to ride... refined, comfortable, tame around town yet crack the throttle and the bike screams. It is by far the best bike I've ever owned and perhaps will ever own. If you want the best of the best and don't want to waste any time trying to import and restore and older one, don't waste any time, this is the bike.

Limited edition Rally Factory Race model [85 units]
A pure READY TO RACE machine
    450 cc SOHC fuel-injected engine
    Race-spec chassis developed in competition
WP XACT PRO 48 mm closed cartridge forks [Cone Valve]
WP XACT PRO fully adjustable shock
    Premium-quality Akrapovič exhaust
    Designed for multi-stage cross-country racing

I do wish CL ads would report what they sold for(or if they sold). It was an old KX in pieces for $2800 or something. Seemed crazy to me but maybe somebody saw some value there.

Seems like a lot of sellers just throwing crazy numbers out hoping for somebody with too much money.

Agreed. There's one sub-$3k KLR on Craigslist in our region.

I was going to flip what used to be a $200 DT360 but the seller wanted $1200 firm for it. Ah well, these prices keep my projects to a dull roar.

Just imagine all the great deals on bikes though once all the craziness ends. There is just too much free money floating around right now.

I just sold a bike Monday for a fair price and 4 out of 6 people that contacted me about it asked me to take a deposit and hold it for them until their stimulus/tax refund check showed up. :baldy

Lol. I'm saving so much money not buying over-priced used that I might just get the Tenere 700 I really want.

Oh wait... those are sold out everywhere or marked up thousands over MSRP by greedy dealers.

$1,134.59 new from BMW, so... I guess he can't afford to ride motorcycles at all, with that as a barrier. :y0!

Beemerboneyard says $350, but out of stock.
