Hah! A good friend of mine built a similar abomination when we were young, using an xl500 engine and front of the frame and an atc 250r ass end. Handled terrible, but we'd always fight over who got to ride it next.

The price seems a bit high, or maybe the seller is.

naah, with e-start, granny 1st gear, reverse, 250cc - it's likely the atc/fourtrax motor in the XL frame

:rolleyes Can't you read a Frenchman's prose in English? That's pure Renaud - typos, grammatical mistakes and non-sequiturs all reek of the linguistic disregard for English that the French (and a few American boobs) revel in. :ace

But it's a "bitchen" bike for sure. :twitch

    1990 HONDA TRANSALP - $3250 - $3250
Might be willing to trade but would prefer cash.
The bike has 35,000 miles and runs like new. Starts up first try and it doesn't miss a beat.
It has newer tires, chains, sprockets, and oil. I clean the oil filter about every 1,000 miles, oil the chain every 500, and the oil is changed between 1,500 and 2,000.
The bike has crash bars, two belly plates, one of thick aluminium and the other stock, all plastics, a box on the back, tall wind shield, with a short one, original paint.
