Wish I had the skills to do something like this.
    looks good.

What do you call those pieces you are using to make the lower frame tubes removable?
Your design? Or can you get those somewhere?

To Karlfitt they are called interlocking tube clamps and are used in the racecar industry. I bought them from here: https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/tgi-180096-kit/overview/

Its slow going, but here is what I have done so far. I had to clearance the valve cover for future replacement with 20180123_152552.jpg a bigger tank.

I havent checked on the PAIR yet but i dont think this bike has one as its Canadian, as for the 'loom of doom' i think it will be doable i will transfer the throttle grip from the donner bike as the cables are a little longer and the wirring to it will be a lot easier

All CBs are equipped with PAIR to help the catalyst operation. That's the other connection on the cyl head coming from the airbox providing fresh air to exhaust gases after the ex valve.
California bikes have an extra evap canister what is not used on other versions you might have mistaken that.

The header plate looks a little thin. Beware of warpage and leakage.
