I'd like to, Beez & my little XT225 would be real good on a trail like that. But I'm not sure I want to ride it that far on the highway. I'd have that little fucker wound out all the way. :lol3 I could always throw it in my old van & leave the van @ Moose pass or Summit lake, but that don't sound like much fun. Sure as hell ain't gonna take the fat pig 500lb+ Uly on some little trail.
In any case I got a garage project goin' on here that needs to get done ASAP & it's takin' a while. Time ain't on my side.

I do have a tight little trail real close to here that I want to hit again before it's too late in the year. You should check it out with me sometime.
It's an alternate trail to the same place that this one goes, & not quite as tight. Could be some real steep stuff though. "The Kid" I mention in this post below rode back off up the mountain side a long ways with some friends. He said it was "real gnarly". Looked like it could be. Very rocky stuff.

Almost forgot that there is another real close one that the kid told me about that I haven't even been on yet.

I could not hold myself back,:evil I went up Crown Point today. Still want to go this week end. The trail was in good shape, except where the trail has some drainage ditchs running across it. Some of the berms where 18-20 inchs high and very steep.
If you take a Wee, make sure you have the rear preload all the up, a good skid pan and TKS 80s. The touratech did it's job today.
    More pics on Smug.

My Wee has the TKS 80s and my DRZ has Trail Wing 42s. Kinda backwords? Maybe...

As soon as I turned the corner at the "Y" the wind was not too bad. Up high it was NICE, light breeze. The rocks got nice and warm with the Sun Shine. I had to take a 45 minute Safety Nap in the sun before heading back down the hill.

I am still up for Sunday as well.
