You have my sympathy on the vision issue(s). I’ve been battling several for the last few years. Dry eye, nerve damage, alignment, cataracts. Lots of fun. But the Multitool belt/disc attachment! Going to order one as soon as I finish here. Thanks for sharing that little gem.

Two thoughts here....neither of which Buck wants to hear. That road would have me thinking I could be sliding around those corners like I used to do 40 years ago during my dirt track days. Damn that could get ugly real quick.:ricky:muutt

I'm really glad to see you are riding and not spending all you time on building. Another thing Buck and I seem to disagree on:baldy It real easy to get so into building that you forget what the ultimate goal is. :ricky Buck know's for sure but I still need a few lessons.:shog

Jack and Buck .......btw we loved the video

It has been a long long time since I got gas at the Ruth store...:pope

      Down the road
I take a right at the forest station
cross the Water Bridge forest service 2512 and up the hill...

    2. On Google Maps it shows no road going through but on my Locus app it shows lots of Roads....:jjenI

      starts off really good.....

Top of the hill now on the other side I think I can see Ketten pom over there....?

Now things go kind of weird here I see a Goat Trail going right and a gate on the left so I stay on the main road..

As you see the main road seems to go nowhere on the map so I backtrack looking for some turn I missed which was the goat Road...

So I go up that... steep, little bit of a turnaround at the top but mostly a deer trail.
Okay back down and we keep going on the main road see what happens....

I'm on the other side of the Hill again and I can see black lassic....:eyes
I know van Deusen is down there somewhere but the road is very Steep and very sketchy with big rocks...:knary
      [IMG]
I go a bit further but I start to get that feeling in my stomach. Its 1:30. It's cold.

      My bones hurt....:kurt
weird being up here knowing that in 48 hours this will probably be all shut out with snow ....:stupid

I can see this is going to take a long summer day. I could have come in the other way but then I would have to backtrack to Dinsmore for gas....
Much as I hate backtracking I make the call and turn around. head back out the way I came back over the hill...:bluduh

When I get home I look at the map further and realized if I had gone just a bit further and zoomed in more it may have hooked up just right...:becca

One stop on the way back...

    3. I salute the Warriors.....:dj

And tell old man Rock to stay right where he is for another hundred years....

Not great but not bad for the end of November....

Tell the snow melts my friends....:wave
