A red pepper.... totally undercooked, but I ate it anyway. Heck, I was so hungry I ate the fat, gristle,... even licked the plate clean! Notice we Texans only eat with a knife. And use no napkin. Thats what sleeves are for. I left my utensils neatly wrapped up in the cloth napkin...:evil

Thats OK... when I work my way back down near Wasilla, you can buy me a drink (or 2) and we'll call it even!

Oh, and if you D2D guys were looking forward to seeing that Stanley Cup....forget it. Just saw a youthful offender running down the street carrying it.

I too am leaving on the morning of the 14th for Tok. Would like to explore up the LK Louise road and down through Copper Center a bit before getting into Tok late that afternoon. Interested?

I might be a possibility too. I'm kinda interested in the Klutina Lake trail out of Copper Center. Was on it many years ago in a jeep but didn't make it to the end. Very historic spot. Miners from '98 got stuck there after coming over the Valdez ice sheet.

Unless some one is coming out of Anchortown (besides me) let's meet at the Palmer Fred Myers at 0800 on Weds the 14th. In front of the main exit doors. This could be a general rally spot for anyone heading up the Glen for the Tok meet and greet. If we can pull out of there by 0815 there should plenty of time to explore on the way up. Never been on the K Trail but lets go exploreing.
