Go to page 1 and then hit the browser's reload button. The extension hijacks the page numbers on the thread so when you click page 1 it doesn't really reload.

It's a pain, but most people start at page 1 and then jump to wherever they want to go, so it only affects a few unlucky people (like you) :lol3

    that worked!
I use that "jump to first unread post" button from my control panel on my subscriptions. so i guess because i had been following these threads prior to the install that is what screwed it up. but now i know the fix if it acts up. Thanks, and thanks for making this.

Just installed Chrome tonight on the new laptop (Win8.1/x64) and added the extension from the repository. All is good and I quickly went through a previous iDave and LoveShack RR that I hadn't seen until today.

Since the bolty.net extensions are no longer supported or available for Firefox (and I have moved on from FF and now use Opera more so than any other browser) I am glad this is working well and will use it in the future.

Any possibility that this would be usable in Opera? :hmmmmm

Thanks Brian, I'm glad you find it useful. Unfortunately it is limited to Chrome at this time, and it will very likely stay that way unless someone wants to pay me to port it to something else. And that's not likely. :lol3

I have been using your extension for about 2 months now and it is fantastic - I sent feedback through the chrome store already but wanted to say thanks here too.

It works great and makes it sooo much better reading long Ride Reports (especially when people insist on quoting and not removing the links to the pictures... :baldy)

    Thanks again!

Please do - your extension is one of the best forum tools out there, period. I'd be happy to help support the upgrade if needed.

    Thanks! DD

No news. With the current forum hard-coded to show 20 posts per page, there's really no point (in my mind).

....yeah but that could mean reading several pages of 20 posts saying "I'm in:lurk" on ride reports when all you want to read is the actual report....or scrolling through people quoting entire ride report posts (40 photos and all)....I think the old declutter was excellent, and the reason I've ended back here!
