I stayed Sunday, and rode up to the China Date Farm with Steve and Scott. We did some high speed work out on Furnace Creek Rd. I think there is video somewhere, and we'll get it up soon.
Thanks again to Danny for following me out on Saturday down Echo after my throttle cable broke. I had to 'McGruber' it out with a backwards throttle... don't really want to do that again..:huh

Things in camp got really quiet on Monday. Rode back to Shoshone for more Chili and did Westside and Furnace Ck. Rd. again. The afternoon was
overcast and it looked like it was raining in the north end of the valley.

    Again, great riding as usual!

No Big deal Danny. We sat drinking beer at Chloride for almost an hour or more and then roade the Amargosa Wash and went over to the East side of the 95 and rode around over there. Not very much to ride other than mining and cattle roads. Kind of sucked.

On the way over to the East side we saw all of you guys at Bikinis, but since we had already been pouring it down on the trail we rolled on by and hit it on the way out about three hours later.

We got shitty and waited for the sun to go down to ride Titus. Raced down the canyon and watched RAZR overshoot the very last right hand turn in my dust into the parking lot at the bottom. :lol3

Then we tagged teamed running out of fuel... draining my little tank beer can by beer can.... oh and then my headlight went out.....

We were never out of fuel until we were all out of fuel, then that = bad planning. But since we planned on at least one of us running out, no problem. We just never thought it would be RAZR with the super tanker. :rofl and me , of course with a 3.5g.

    Bob,

You missed a good time. You and Kevin would've fit right in with Jim, RAZR and I with our boozing (and other stuff), riding, carrousing and general mele'.

Does Echo go through or do you have to turn back??

We were down there. Passed ya saturday in Saline Valley. (two 950's).
+ I bet we were follow'n your tracks through Steel Pass.

Anyway, I'd love to be able to enter DV by dropping down Echo if it comes out the top.
