In for a motel room if avail
Order of preference: Hotel, cabin, tent cabin thingy, place to park my truck for the rooftop tent. I'll at least have the little bike with me, maybe the big bike too!
If anyone has a big truck spot reserved that they're not going to use I will buy it from you... PM me. Thanks!
(leaving for Baja Wednesday so it may take awhile for me to get back to you...)
IN if there's a tent spot. No way concert work will get in the way this year...
In (if space allows)- wherever a 27 ft motorhome fits. Been too long.
In for two , if no room there will stay at Stovepipe Wells.
In for a tent spot.
covid tests and vaccines at the park entrance? Furnace creek is kind of tight spacially for a lot of riders hanging out in the current environment.
I take it you haven’t even read the first post of this thread, much less anything else.
The event is not at Furnace Creek.
The first post discusses the somewhat tentative planning, and talks about keeping it smaller and more possibilities for “social distancing”
(as a note, this event last year was one of the first cancelled at the beginning of the shut downs)
edited my reply!
don't worry about us, we will take as much precaution that is needed. no one included myself wants to get sick. we are holding the rally not to participate in civil disobedience; rather it's a tradition that we do every year to promote riding, camaraderie, support charitable causes and enjoy the outdoors.
Furnace Creek and Panamint Springs are in 2 different locations , 60 miles apart. PSR is privately owned and not as stringent as FC and with a different atmosphere, however, they too don't break the rules.
heckling or passing misinformation while using the pandemic is not helping us, just making bad situations, worse.
Its really this simple. IF ya doesnt feel safe, dont come. No one will think less of you, or wag a finger at you. Thats all that is expected from any man.
@MIG -Will you be wearing protection for all of our safety?
In, In, In! Thanks Joel for your endless work to make this (hopefully) happen. Lontrice and I will be there in a cabin.
