OUTSTANDING VIDEO! Your drone work is absolutely captivating. The settings are great and the music is too. You know its good when I don't have to squelch the volume when the video starts!. Good on you for spending the time and effort to allow the rest of us to come along. I agree that these are better than some of the junk from Dakar and most other sources. Look forward to more. Thank you!

Not me. I’m a lazy slug who tossed his GoPro into a box once I saw I don’t have to learn any of it as long as Chris does it for me.
    Not inspired.

PS: Show me a go fund me site for Chris and he’ll get some $ for equipment. Other than that, I offer free room and green chili at the house.

Oh, easy enough for the likes of you to say, who hang out with celebrity auteurs and dine on gourmet chile and get early previews of the latest works... :lol2:lol2:lol2

Is that area pretty typical of northern NM? I'm going to be moving from Tucson to Colorado Springs sometime this year. I love the open desert terrain.

It varies, there's terrain like that in a few locations. The different mountain ranges going down the center of the state kind of divide the grasslands from the desert. West of them is dry and east is grassland. Towards the NE corner of NM closer to where you're moving it's mostly grassland. West and south it gets drier and that's where the Dez is at, much like arizona.

Looking at Google maps...the Ship Rock area looks pretty cool. Have you ridden much around Cortez? Looks like cool terrain there as well.

Farmington isn't far from there and the have some nice desert riding. Further west towards Shiprock it starts turning into reservation land.

What impresses me, aside from the great shots and terrain and all that, is that you guys aren't kicking up much in the way of dust.

Chris, I have to say your videos are the best! The combination of drone footage and GoPro makes it seem like I'm there. Except I can't ride nearly that well. Good music choices and excellent editing, too. NM desert is awesome. Thank you for offering these to us.
