Hope the insurance comes good. I had a drunk in a car run through my fence , then run on foot from the cop who was right behind him and had been chasing him. They took him to the hospital and left him to walk out later , no charges !
It usually takes a week before I can get the Sheriff's report and he was long gone by the time I found out. The car he was driving was stolen and insured , but , when I contacted the insurance company , the said they wouldn't pay because their insured guy didn't knowingly loan the car.
The thief waited outside a convenience store until he saw the guy leave his car running while he went in . So he took off in the car first went to a liquor store then for a joy ride ending in my field.
    Wish you luck.

I have the whole front, the left side was a craft shop, the right is the apartment.
I will see about getting the closed oyster bar and taco joint next, same guy owns both, and the have been closed over a year.
Roof on the taco place needs work on the back.
Building is 40 wide, 160 deep, part of the apartment is on a 2nd floor in the front.

I really dunno how i accomplished anything in the little garage ive been working in

6400', I'd wager that in a year it will be full as your little garage and find it just as difficult to get anything done in it also. :lol3

Reminds me of a fish, an Oscar, it can be a moody thing and have a personality to boot. Anyway you can keep an Oscar in a small tank for years and it will grow to fit the tank. Then, after years, move it to a larger tank and it will grow again to the size that tank will allow. Quite trip to watch that happen to the fish. I also see that happen with humans and their stuff. This is an observation from one with Oscar dna from where I do not know. I'm kinda glad I don't have that much space, want it yes, but glad I don't. :lol3

I rented a 26 foot truck to haul stuff to bama. Round trip, they charge ya 50 a day and .80 a mile, woulda been about a grand.
One way, 500 bucks, 4 days included, unlimited miles.
    So i called em up.
'Im not sure i can get it finished in 4 days, i really need 6'
'Oh, no problem, I will add 2 days for you'

So i did 2 back to back loads.

Im waiting for the phone call asking 'how did you put 1500 miles on the truck when it was only a 500 mile trip?'

Ill blame it on my gps.
    I love unlimited miles.

    Now Im tired.

On a separate note, are you going to be at any of the Bike Week stuff coming up? Or on the road already? Auctions or shows over towards Deland, Eustis, Mt Dora, etc. ? I know when you have time you hit the less advertised things like the Black Bike Week stuff which interests me because of the food possibilities and just the other aspects which I learned about growing up in GA back when the barriers first started coming down.
