New film 'Dirt Forever 7' coming soon.
So far my most epic and best ever ride.
It's always good to have some strong friends.
Just finished end title
2 days long adventure in 5 minutes:
Here is also long (19 minutes) video version of this adventure.
GPX files of this ride are available. Ping me if you want it.
One more premiere!
Not from 'Dirt Forever' series.
It is advertisement of my new business - Bike cargo. Delivery of things on bikes.
Well, keep in mind that premiere of this video should be on April 1st, but I have not patience to wait and releasing it now,
Episode 7 above.
Episode 8 - editing in progress.
Superb production ! You capture the soul of the ride brilliantly by masterfully blending the journey with the humanity and culture. And the portrayal of the often overlooked details is refreshing; true art with depth. Keep up the fantastic work.
This one film, I just finished editing last night, is not from series 'Dirt Forever', but I decided to upload all my videos to this thread, just to make less mess in the forum.
Anyway, as you will see this ride was almost 'Dirt Forever' style. My wife as pillion didn't enjoy those off roads, but generally she loved places, especially hill top, we visited.
In the morning we joined Bangalore bikers for 'Responsible Riders Ride 2018' and after that went solo. I do not like group rides, it is not for me. Too boring and more cons then pros.
**** I have GPX files for all rides you see on videos ****
Well it is not day trippin' but i will add it here just to keep all my films in one thread.
Film from my last adventure done. It didn't plan to have ADV type ride because I wanted to spend more time with my fellow latvians in Tamil Nadu, India. BUT how a pig always will find a mud, I found a bit of cool adventures too. Especially when i was searching for waterfall. There on a side of road was sign 'Peryar waterfalls' - only signage in English, but no direction, no distance, nothing. So, I turned into first dirt road after it and have cool ride till dead end in crop field. Haha, waterfall actually was just near highway a bit ahead. Also i discovered 2 new roads to Yercaud. I was there some years ago and that time we took road thru Salem, where "normal" people go. This time I went up from east (nothing impressive - "normal people" road is more scenic) and i left Yercaurd and went down to west, north-west kind of direction. That road is in very bad condition, but i love it. I highly recommend to go to Yercaud on this road + there is strech af AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING dirt road + ride in kind of canyon where much above ir railroad track, There was a train and it was so cool view, BUT my f***ing GoPro gave up. I am not happy with my Hero6. It have glitches too often. Crap camera. It is good when it works, but you can not trust it.
OK, this is English version (Latvian version is 3 or 4 minutes longer) with English subtitles where is needed.
I made approx. 750 km, but my GPS app shows 919 km. It is a glitch made when signal is poor.
GPX file available, if you want it, ping me.
This was short ride just to swim. Fun part was that scooter broke down and i brought back to a city 2 pillions. 3 (and more) Indians on a bike is very common thing, but 3 foreigners made WOW-WOW-wOW reaction to all people saw us on the way.
Event organized by women motorcycle club 'Bikerni Bengaluru' at Tribal Adventure Cafe.
I was thinking to go or no to go. I attended some years on one bikers' event and it was f*** boring. Well, I decided to go this time by two reasons.
A - fee was very cheap (breakfast included) EUR 4.63.
B - I wanted to finally find this place. It is on google maps, but when you reach where map you lead - no signs etc. So, without knowing where it is i couldn't find before. This "cafe" is open only on weekends. They have enduro track and dirt track. They also have kind of off-roading/enduro riding school. Not sure if it is always.
OK, and here we go - this is how it was:
Why I bought the motorcycle (I was 48).
One way 200 km instead 140+
because I do not like highways.
