I remastered this video now. Original made in 2017 was too long, this one is 2 times shorter.
Just in case - if you want to ride in Sri Lanka, you need International driving permit + you must go to police office in Colombo and get there local Sri Lanka driving permit. It is mandatory. Only Int.Dr.permit is not valid in this country...
...and I had not it :)

That was wonderfully videographed. Never thought Sri Lanka was so diverse in geography. What happened at the watering area where the guy was saying something to you, around 7 minute mark.

I always look forward to your posts. Hopefully you are staying safe.

Watched this video again last night while winding down from the day and letting my mind go. All of your videos are marvelous, but this one is a masterpiece. Damn ... I was right there ... moving through that surreal world that you pulled us into! I'm at a loss as to why this thread and these videos are not being appreciated and talked about so much more. This is really art! I can't imagine the time that it takes to produce a video of this caliber. So creative! So novel!

Thank you very much!! It is always nice to hear appreciation.
I believe that those people who always beg for subscribers and likes and shares have more followers, but in my eyes is is most disgusting trend on youtube. I even made video about it:

Sometime after I bought KTM Duke 390 2017 model, I realized that bike from the front remind me Mondoshawans from Fifth Element movie.
So now when we are in '$#it hit the fan" era, I finally made this parody.

    Are you Germans?

Absolutely, I totally agree. A major magical ingredient of your productions is the authenticity. Passion and soul create real art, while the pursuit of money shows through in so many shallow and synthetic ways; some people will do anything in order not to get a real job. It seems these days, as if everything that is mainstream, is inauthentic.

    Got my a$$ outta home.
My friend is riding Hero Xpulse 200. Cheap, light, but underpowered Indian bike. Very comfortable, at least much more then my street bike.

Another wonderful installment. I don't know how you come with these creative ideas, from the colourization of the signs at the beginning to the covid mask at the end. I enjoyed the whole ride with you and your friend. Thanks for lifting up my day!

In the beginning i highlighted signs because we were riding in national park territory. And there are a lot of wild animals - elephants and even one wild tiger. Single, i don't know male of female.
Both of us had same neon green-yellow rain kombinezons and in case of rain (what didn't happen) we planned to dance some silly Bollywood style dance (few seconds) for video. I even watched some videos for beginners - bollywood style movements. Well, next time then.

Hopefully the bikes would be fast enough to get away from the wild animals if needed, but that looked like there were some tough riding conditions in there. I will look forward to the Bollywood dance in your next adventure!

This is not my videos nor about motorcycles, but they are very well made and also autorickshaw is a trike, so it is not far from motorcycle.
It is annual rally in India. I met German team in 2015 near Bengaluru (Bangalore, Karnataka).

    Part 1:

    Part 2:

At the end of this video you can see Gearman team I met.

Those were great. What a way to travel to see India. But your videos are still the best. You seem to find the essence of the place and people, complimented with the perfect music.

Hope you are staying healthy and safe.

    Thanks for sharing those.

In February 2011 I bought my first motorcycle. It was (well, I still have it) Yamaha SZ. A month after I bought it and learned more or less to ride it, I went for my first ride from Bengaluru to Coorg (600+ km) with two friends.
    It was beginning.
Unfortunately I didn't shoot any videos at that time. Well videos that time also weren't mainstream thing as it is now.
This is why I decided to make video series 'Biker Rising' from still photos.
Upcoming episodes 2nd-7th (2012-2017). Till 2017, because in 2017 I started to make proper videos.
Hahaha, - it is documentary about me.
PS Series title i borrowed from movie 'Hannibal Rising'

I love your videos (even still picture ones), I never know what to expect, and of course the music.

It is a musical mind mural.

    Thanks!
