Thank you for another great RR! I will purchase the book for the entire story.
The Little White River Rd. is one of my favourites. I will add it to my autumn destination list.
I also enjoyed your venture to Mount Cheminis. It was a regular hiking/picnic destination from my home in Kirkland Lake. With friends in VTown, Scout excursions and family outings, I was up there several times a year back in the late 60s and 70s. I have been under the impression that it was fenced off. Next year, I hope.
    Safe riding.

Beautiful scenic ride.!!! As a mid 60's year old puck head I cherish the SOO!!!!!!!! for giving us puck heads the Esposito brothers!! Hated Phil as a Boston Bruin
loved him as centerman for my beloved NY Rangers. Phil & Tony will always be loved for bringing the NHL to Tampa Fl. Great pixs and story. The big Suz was just 1 of the many barcaloungers touring bikes that came about in the early 80's!! You remember the HD Nova project that AMF squashed? Look one up then check out Yamahas Venture Royale. Thanks for the post!!

No fences on Mont Chaudron (I side with the Quebecois on this one as it's on their side of the border) - just a couple of warning signs. Lucky you - it's a stunning spot. I'd have been up there often too if I'd lived in the vicinity. Stay well. Nick

I can't take any credit for anything from the Soo. But as my first home as a recent immigrant, it was a baptism to Canadian culture (if that isn't an oxymoron) and more especially, to the bush.

I had a couple of ratty Ventures I was going to combine into one before I had my heart surgery. I had them sold by a friend as I knew I'd never get to them. Great bikes though- fabulous engine!
