Damn Don.....super happy and jealous for you! Sounds like a damn fine plan....
Thanks Jenna !
Long time no see ☹️
I was seriously job hunting by your house that’s for sale and came up short in regards to excessive commutes. Dammit, I’d be happy down sizing from where I’m at to be where it’s warm. Know anyone who needs an MBA with a mechanical, manufacturing and maintenance background? Previously an Audi & Porsche master tech & service manager too...
My customer base, which is all manufacturing based, is literally begging for individuals with your background ! The manufacturing sector in my immediate area is growing at an amazing rate. Send me a PM with some info and I’ll try to give you some target companies.
Interior walls going up, and I’m close to having everything painted. I’ve been going at 4pm after the workers leave and painting until 1am.
Pretty fancy garage! Great job.
Im from Pa, have been a mechanic here for 35 years and down sizing ,
Could I pick your brain on my audi a4 b6 Q,,2002....
I think it is possessed with the devil ,,,lol
You probably need to look further south. BMW is in South Carolina. Kia is in Georgia. Hyundai is in Alabama. For some reason I think I remember Volkswagen having a plant in Tennessee. Great places to live, but a long commute from NC.
But if you want to change industries, the Charlotte area is ripe with jobs.
Big doors today !
Nah, I painted the OSB before the garage section was finished, so the boxing stands out. I’ll be painting that white too.
Sure. I can try a PM exorcism.
Weathervanes for the Cupolas
Those are awesome!
I like living in my metal shed.... https://tpresten.smugmug.com/Events/Gainesville-House/
Interior walls and polyurethane type of weekend.................
Are you installing gutters?
This is all I'll ever need. I grew up right down the road from you and I plan on moving back sometime.
Last drop of paint and poly went on this weekend, glad that’s over ! Fixtures, cabinetry, pour porches, final grading and paving should finish it up.
