Looking very nice!
It does indeed, looks Swedish almost.
I officially have garage lust ...
No built-in work bench(es), shelving or cabinets? Sheesh.
Shelves, work bench, lifts, welding table, steel rack, etc. will be after final inspection. The less inspectors know the better !
Aunt and uncle built an illegal (per code) in-law apartment onto their home. I saw the blueprints & my what a hell of a “sewing room”.... all 1500 sq feet plus garage parking.
Getting close ! A few loose ends like porch posts, couple of lights, then final inspection next week. I’m seeding yard today, and will pave in a couple of weeks !
Looks great! I’m happy for you.
What is the white stuff for on the soil.
Landscape mat vs. traditional straw. Supposed to promote faster grass growth. Dunno, thought I would try it.
Any deck area for bbq
Need more lights in the garage.
Your timing is pretty much perfect, given the weather we're getting right now. Hope you didn't get too much rain.
any drains in the garage and how are you handling the water and separation of oils.
Nah, ........ hopefully I’ll get by with the garage, paved, rear overhead areas.
Gonna need sunglasses when all the lights are on !
I like some light in the garage, my current shop is the same.
No, not really needed.
Few hours of hard steady drizzle, should be perfect to get it started. I actually started sprinklers yesterday evening.
Hard to tell from the pics how the area drains.
Any concern about water coming down that big slope up to the house?
