Wondering if there are any owners of the Suzuki DR125se (1994-96) who have found a drop in carb replacement. The bike I bought came with a carb in peices, and the float bowl mounting tab is broken off and missing. I've monitored ebay for months looking for a used BST31 but not a peep. Can't stomach $400+ for a new one from Suzuki. I'm willing to go to basically any carb at this point even if I ditch the OEM airbox and use a pod filter.
Look on ebay, also add in GS125 as a search. I think the only difference between the DR125 and DR125SE was the leccy starter. The GS125, GS125ES,DR125 all used the same engine, I think the intake was 30mm. I´m seeing quite a few GS125 carbs and a few DR125 carbs and Chinese options if you don´t mind waiting.
