Where did you buy the rims? Looks like you're running stock hubs. Planning on lacing a set up for my S model.
I bought a set of used factory SM rims from some guy in England. Now I have two sets of wheels for whatever kind of riding I feel like doing .
Perfect set up. Thanks.
So a few pages back I posted about the DRZ I bought in a box earlier this past spring for use as a spare bike. It survived a week at the Central ADV Rally back in August. My kid and I logged about a thousand miles for the week in the northwoods of WI and the Michigan U.P. The bike never missed a beat and he couldn't destroy it.
It also survived the 100-mile Bucky Badger dualsport event this past Saturday with my him aboard. It's now washed and back under a sheet in the spare bike stall in my shop.

So did you keep going forward? It doesn't look too deep
Ridge Road Boise, ID. Too many hunters out this evening
Hopefully, they aren't like the hunters in the hills/mountains around these parts.
(Illegal immigrants, opps, sorry, undocumented migrants, rolling around drunk in their trucks with guns pointed out the windows throwing beer cans everywhere and shooting at nothing and everything.)
From a recent trip down South. Rode Osceola and Ocala NF. First time riding in sand, can't wait to do it again
my 2001 drz. Built it about a year and a half ago from a rolling chassis.
short deets: 470cc, half of the wr kit, suspension revalved/resprung for my shenanigans.
New Elkskin gloves, but I've got to wait for the snow to melt!
That light looks great! Is it at all usable on the street or just too much?
i use it when theres no oncoming traffic. its bright. the lightbar alone is decent enough to see with, the mainbeam is when you want to see *everything*
Is that the 8" offroad or the 7" DOT
8". hid model.
Nice. Looks great! I'm looking at the DOT since I ride on the street a lot
