Don't know if this is new information or not... I stumbled across http://www.backroadbob.com/ They have dualsport maps of a bunch of state parks and stuff in PA and surrounding states. I ordered on Friday and received the CDs Monday :clap Nothing high tech just ride reports and information in .pdfs, rollcharts in .pdfs and Garmin GDB routes of the rides. They have a buy 1 get one free sale right now so it is a pretty good deal. :ricky

I have the roll chart version of his rides and had a great time with them. I just ordered the $10 upgrade for the GPS files. $10 is a worth it vs. sitting and creating my own files.

I got around do doing the "wellsboro weekend" ride. I must say that I am quite dissapointed. A Dual Sport ride shouldnt be able to be done on a goldwing. All it was was smooth dirt roads. Although the roads had some nice views, I was expecting more. The only real cool stuff I found was not even on the planned route.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the way dual sport rides are turning into nowadays. I just learned that the Pine Barren 300 coming up in October, there is a minimum displacement requirement of 500cc or greater. dual sport rides are catering to the maxi-bikes like BMW R1150/1200 GS, VStrom, etc..

The "Wellsboro ride" is worth doing , sweet scenary, nice campsites, but it is not a dualsport ride . I should have rode my goldwing, my butt would have been much happier
