Clarification for those who do not know George Rahn.
He has Trail's End BMW in Fairbanks.
At last count he holds the record for being the proprietor of the oldest continuously run BMW dealership in NA.
A way cool guy, a fountain of knowledge, a living legend, and an Alaskan institution. He deserves our recognition. Fite

    Truly!
Does anybody have a videocam? Might be fun to record some of the TC table talk... :ear

I lived on Mack street just a couple blocks from his place... every day he'd run errands on his old R or the hack.
    Neat stuff!

WHA? This is just summer in Alaska!

    Is there a problem?

The Cabin is ready and awaiting your arrival.

How many people are gonna be in the single bed?

Ok fine, I know that kind of talk is just not right!

Gonna stop all references to that, it makes me nervous.

    So update me dude!

    Y'all,

I just arrived from the positively Beautiful British Columbia (Victoria/Vancouver Island) and the Wx here in FAI is stellar.
A bit of low overcast and a light breeze, but don't think anything of it. Re: the Nenana fire, it's a lil' piddler and won't be a factor. Besides, aren't the most of you crossing West to East on the Denali highway? If you're coming from Delta Junction, no factor.

Can't wait for Sunday at the Turtle Club.

    Ride safely, everyone!

    BK

phone me if there's anything I can set up (parts/service/stuff) in FAI.
I'll be bending nails for the next coupla' days, but don't hesitate to PM or call.
