In the two years I’ve played snow bird out here, I’ve broken two ribs, broken collar bone, scraped flesh off my arm and poked a hole in my neck falling into a creosote bush. Top that! Lol. Each time the reason was because I was riding too slow. Lesson learned, ride FASTER.

Anybody got a Sticker business they recommend? prefer something local-ish....not needing 100 like StickerMule etc want you to buy.

Peter Weiss (Romaniacs track manager, Danish trials champion) is throwing a hard enduro coaching session this weekend at Wildcat, price is $125/1day, $200 for two days - let me know if you're interested, I did a session with him last year and it was great - I'll be there on Saturday.

PSA - USFS are camped out at Wildcat and are checking spark arrestors and open pipes... all part of the renovation they are planning, they should be setting up a "tech section", building bathrooms (yay!) etc... good to see OHV money being put to use.

I rolled up to the checkpoint today with a stupid grin and asked if I can take a photo of them checking my pipe..

It was great, it doesn't make you a better rider in a day but it gives you things to work on and it always pushes me to try stuff I would otherwise skip.. Peter's gf was with us and took a ton of photos and video, I'll see if I can get some of them..

Hey all...just got back from 5 days of the CABDR....its a tough one, at least they way we did it....:rofl
Totaled about 1,500 miles but we didn't do all sections. If you like sand, rocks, loose rocks, loose rock with sand, gravel and
steep uphills with sand and rocks ....you get the idea...I wouldn't call it Big Bike friendly unless you love sand, I don't...
but I have long legs and paddled through.
