Yes this is as last minute as it can get. If anyone is free Im open to a ride perferably north, say Talkeetna. Would like to check out Willow, and Montana Creek and see what it looks like for some trout fishing in the middle of the week. But Im not fussy as far as locations. I'll see what kind of interest this draws and figure out a meeting spot accordingly.

Wow. I didnt think there would be no response to a attempted gathering. Is something already planned today somewhere?

Pleasure was all mine Harry. The way that wind was blowing that trailered boat around I felt it was best to get around it. I believe the fella we meet at Girdwood was Darren, but I cant remember his screen name. Had some thing to do with a tribe. Wanted to thank him for the zip tie. :D

Thanks for the ride gents and the opportunity to freeze off my mid-digital hairs. It is still a little nippy, eh?

I love the sound of the V-Strom. Could ride behind that all day and listen to that music!!! Especially when you pass boats.

See you - and thanks again.

Yea she had a great selection of tires! I was really surprised. Most others in town were waiting for there shipment. Or you could spend 50 bucks more and have the boys on Potter Rd rape ya! Droped off my wheel today and they said they would have it back to me tomarrow afternoon. Would have been same day service but they were short handed and I didnt mind the wait.
