The Waverley Hotel located in Cumberland is definitely a real favourite. Brand new kitchen, big portions with fresh ingredients, friendly staff plus a good selection of beverages.

No that's not my scooter, still have the GS, the scooter rider was inside and loved it, maybe next machine.
Another place that was close to the Waverly and needs to be reported on is the Cumberland Brewery, although not technically an eatery is still very interesting and worth visiting.

Treehouse restaurant in Kaslo was good food.
Big surprise was at the Denny's in Revelstoke, they used to have a great "large" homemade style burger, with real hamburger meat, one of the best burgers I've ever had in a restaurant.
All depends on the cook though, and things change, don't know what it's like now.
I'll find out this summer.
Bella Coola Mountain Lodge was pretty good when I was out there fishing.

We didn't take any pictures, but had some excellent food up at The Nomad in Revelstoke last Friday. We took advantage of the long day and hopped on the GS after work and headed up , great ride, great food and great company!

Treehouse. Kaslo. Yup, good food.

We'll have to check that place out, I think an overnighter to Kaslo might be just the ticket for next weekend.

Spend the afternoon at Ainsworth Hot Springs down the road, build an appetite.

Been there, but it was years ago. I think we went on a locals only day though. Quite a few patrons that looked like they crawled out of the bush for thier bi- weekly bath in the hot pools. Teeth were strictly optional.
