Just back yesterday from a week enduro + camping trip. We got a driver to drive the pickup with tents, food and drinks and told him where to wait for us.

This is the first day, left Chiang Mai (Thailand) early morning and goal was to get to Doi Mae Tho mountain (240km away) in the early evening, prep tents and shower, then bbq and beers!

But we didn't check forecast and a storm from Vietnam came over for 3 first days during our trip... So of course it didn't go according to plan

I'll post future days in this thread as soon as I finish the edits.

Good job having fun on a wet, cold, muddy ride. Your laughing in the video almost makes me want to be there. Almost

Thanks for the feedback ;) will get on with editing then!

Always make the best out of the conditions, it was so slippery we really had a good laugh when someone ended up sideways.

Usually, I do not care much for videos; but I enjoyed this one.

Wow, that was some technical riding! I've heard of the SSDT, but never the TSDT (Thai Six Day Trial).:photog

I'd hate to be in that river bed when if it started to rain...

Yeah we always end up in rivers, that's the only way to find new trails as the forest is mostly too dense and too steep, especially after the rain season when everything is overgrown.

Thailand is a briliant place to live, lots of freedom and great weather all year around, especially in the north where we have 3 seasons (winter, summer and rain season). It's always enjoyable except in summer it can get too hot for about a month or so in March-April when it's time to either go to the beach south or travel abroad.

We usually ride about 10 hours a day with no breaks so we don't really have the chance to take a lot of pictures. Gopro are the easiest as it takes half a second to start/stop. I post a few pictures on the instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/moto.muppets/) but it's mostly before/after rides or frames taken from the video footage.

Nicely done. Looks like if you ride in Thailand, you get to work on your mud skills.

Thanks. Definitely during the rain season, which is also the best season for riding (no dust). Now winter is coming and there is no more rain until around April-Mai.
