sent an PM with some rides
Beautiful pictures... I'm jealous
my 2017 romanian ride on the Transfagarasan Highway (DN7C) is here:
3 weeks of The Balkans, 6 Aussies, 4500km and one hell of a ride
Theth/ Albania to Transfagarasan+Transalpina on Romania, RT16 and Durmitor in Montenegro, island-hopping along the Dalmatian Coast and more....
Many, many rides in Finland - and also many in Norway and even some in Sweden. More coming every now and then. Actually Finland is the wilderness of Europe but there is safe to ride. About a zillion pics of 40+ thousands kilometers every year.

This is a great thread for us on the other side of the world. It helps in the planning, the dreaming is easy Will be there in June
Thanks for the effort
Sadly there isn't much updating, RR's are a dying breed thanks to "social" media.
Enjoy, Europe's a great place to discover from the seat of a bike...
Social media are tapas to a good RR's full meal status.
....there's at least SOME substance to Tapas
Heading for home after 7 weeks in Europe, much (but not all) of it riding.
Click on any picture for more and the story. If you're looking at it on a phone, unfortunately it is just a loooong scroll...
Special thanks to MichaelJ, Paul and Nick (along with everyone else who posts about Europe) for the information that helped make this an awesome trip, the first of what I hope are many more.
Now that you're heading for the airport and home:

Spanish Pyrenees, July 2020
Here's an account of my recent trip to the Spanish side of the Pyrenees. Apologies for posting a link but it's on the family scrapbook and to write it twice would take too long. The account finishes up with a list of recommended roads that I think could be useful for anyone planning a trip there.
