My main question which I haven't nailed down is, are these pannier racks the same for GSA vs GS?
Followed by how great a deal is D.Uncle going to give me :D

No. They are different Heat. GS from factory uses VARIO case mounts, GSA uses different (Touratech design) case layout and pannier racks & attachments.

    You want the GSA ones.

    Really?? Not sure I follow.
I have a GS.... Uncle has the GSA racks.

Let me re-phrase my question - will these mount to my GS or not? (regardless of what the factory sells for each)

I thought this would be far easier to confirm but all the oe parts sites Suck! Half don't even list the 850 model yet.
    Uncle, a pic would confirm...

The GSA racks will mount on any K8x, 850 or 750.

Yes, they will mount but need a few extra parts I verified it just now with my Tech at BMW.

He says he did that once and there was a "kit" with passenger footpegs which allowed it all to work.

I am including the footpeg brackets and hardware with the racks as the Touratech rack is set up for all three bikes. Whomever buys the racks will get a pdf file from BMW AIR how to install the said racks.

That's awesome. That's a damn good deal for anyone compared to new pricing!

    HeatMZR is the winner.

Ordering new it is around 900 bucks I think. Reason most people don't mount those on a bike that did not come with.

FYI that the Denali CanSmart for the 750/850 is again available, ordered mine this morning directly from Denali at the same price quoted by Twisted Throttle (and costing $100 more from other sources when they come back in stock for them).

Slackline, perhaps you could tell your buddy to check for PM’s, I sent him one two weeks ago and haven’t heard back.

2324B01B-6788-471C-A76A-0E5ACF3621A1.jpeg Today on my 2019 F850GS I installed a MRA windscreen, upper GPS mount, Hornig 25mm handlebar risers and SW Motech tank bag gas cap mount. Really like the windscreen, it’s the same as on my 2012 Suzuki VStrom 650 and provides a nice still pocket for my 5’ 9” height on both bikes while not being a barn door.

Okay, so I guess I have to eat some crow here. He apparently isn’t making them anymore. Said there wasn’t enough demand for it, so he’s moved on...

    Sorry everyone.

Thanks Slackline, appreciate you advising everyone. We’re in Spokane for parts of the summer, will holler for some riding suggestions.

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the excuse for a horn on the 750GS. I was looking at the Aerostich Ear Cannon Air Horn but it seems that it does not do well when splashed. The BMW 'horn' looks pretty exposed where it is. Any ideas on where to relocate for an air horn....any units just as loud but perhaps less threatened when wet?, no relocation needed? Thanks

The GPS mount came from eBay. Inexpensive Made in China, but strong steel and fit was good. No modification needed just moved gps mount from bar on handlebar clamp mount to round bar on new bracket. Wire is long enough, just take it out of the rubber cable tie.

On eBay search “GPS Phone Navigation Bracket Stand Holder For BMW F750GS F850GS 2018 2019 Black”. Another member suggested it.
