THIS is anodized (hardened) aluminum, VERY light. Love mine, looks great, wraps up nice and high in the front and even keeps clay and mud out.

No one mentioned removing the rear foot pegs and hanger brackets? Few pounds right there that I will never use. I removed mine the first week of ownership.

If you're concerned with weight the first thing you need to ditch is that top case.

Hopefully they will be in stock by the end of the year. I'd like to use that 10%-off code from the Wunderlich insert with the BMWMOA magazine a couple of months back.

@SidewinderX , I had a set of foot pegs sitting in my garage I'd have given you.

Completed the mid-pipe install last weekend along with the Tractive Cartridge from Beemershop.

I got a stainless mid pipe from China. Had to have it shortened 3/4” but it worked out well. Pretty loud to be honest. I don’t mind it but after 350 miles it became loud… I do feel like it added some Hp. Maybe 6 or so based off Remus dyno.

Tractive Cartridge was installed in less than an hr. Went back the next day and set preload with 30% sag. Amazing difference when riding aggressively. I love that I actually have adjustment now. I turned down the Comp a bit and quicker rebound. I literally ran over some 10” or so rocks at speed and I barely felt it. I was bracing for something horrible after I saw them. Couldn’t see them due to shade until I was right on them.

    Expensive but definitely worth it!!

After everything has been replaced/ traded I probably gained 6+ Hp and lost at least 15lbs (more if I loose the rear sets).

I can really feel it. Definitely more off road worthy and gained enough power that I am going to need a more aggressive rear pretty quick.

I called Ted and placed the order. I don’t have a specific part#.

    This may help. https://www.beemershop.com/Merchant5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=35BM18-D5396

I almost bought the Andreani kit. A bit cheaper. I am happy with the Tractive.

    A few selling points-
Its in one leg as stock to save weight.
It’s a closed cartridge so if a seal leaks, who cares…
Excellent customer service to walk me through anything
