Question about the break pedal; With the "tab" up is the pedal at the same level as the Stock one or above/below the level? reason I ask is I am looking for an easy way to lower the pedal.

won't lower the lever for you if you're looking for lower stand over.... in the up (outta the way position) the level is the same as stock... in the down (in the way position) the level is raised to make braking while standing easier...

these damn vent lines drive me nuts!!!! how the hell do I mount the "T" without it slapping against the top clamp with the bars turned all the way? :huh
anyways! after some over filling... leaking fuel.... petcocks wrong way... leaking fuel again I trouble shooted the bugs out.... i think....
That is one bad ass bike! Nice job.
Yeah it takes some getting used to. The first couples times I filled it, I did it on the center stand then it pissed fuel on the side stand. The petcocks are f%^king annoying being that when they're closed, one is forward and one is backward. The vent hitting the triple tree sucks too. I'm going to re-route the vent toward the center of the bike then between the bar clamps then up behind the guages and back down.
I really think the option of using main take vent line to suck the fuel TT tank is the best option
How close to the triple did you mount the T? Do you have any pics?

ps: why is it that the last two pictures of your bike do not feature the BMW emblem? removed? the 3rd picture(from the back...) has it on!
sorry if you covered this already....but did you spray rhino liner on the TT tank?
haven't epoxied them on yet! lol just setting them their... going to paint the strips in the tank then epoxy them on
I think instead of skid plates and crash bars being powdered coated they should be coated in the Rhino stuff. FWIW....great job once again!
I saw someone (online) that sprayed it on their track plastics for their sportbike.
One thing though: make sure rhino liner is UV stabilized!!!
