My old gas can that I use for trials is needing to be replaced and all the ones I see in the stores have all sorts of safety features that from my experience really don't work that well.

Any suggestions for a good can that will work well with the small opening on the new Scorpa gas tanks? I would also like to stay away from a 5 gal can. A 2 to 2.5 gallon can would be nice.

    Thanks

EZ pour to replace the EPA crap. Most hardware stores have it.

Thanks guys. I saw those No Spill cans on RYP, but then read some reviews on Amazon saying they were closer to 2.9 gal instead of the marked 2.5 gallons. Any experience with this?

If you fill to the top. Has 1/2 gal marks on a see thru part of the jug....easy to mix smaller batches of gas. When under pressure be sure to push the button before you start fueling....

Thanks. If it has good markings to show where 2gal or 2.5 gal is then that works for me. I will order one off Amazon. Thanks.

Actually my favorite gas can is about thirty years old. I use it for my camping shower, always wondered if anyone ever tried it for some gas.

I have a 1.25 gal No-Spill that I used to carry spare gas when I rode my Vstrom out to Deal's Gap in the spring. It's a great little can.

My favorite cans are the Eagle safety cans. They are made of steel and have a little flap instead of a screw-on cap. They have a couple of different funnel options. It's more of a buy-it-for-life option. The 2.5 gal that I use for my trials premix doesn't hold much more than 2.5 gal.

Thanks everyone. I just picked up one of the 2.5gal No Spill cans today. Seems well built. I will see how I like it at the next event.

I'll make the obvious statement about the no spill can. That valve is not an on/off valve. You can control flow with it by pressing it in slightly. My first fill with it was a mess, then i started finessing it.
