I think we are going to stay in san luey and do a wet foggy coastal ride the next morning or maybe through the fort or something, we shall see. Steak at the madonna inn for dinner! yum!

Hate to say that I am out for tomorrow's lunch. Off to the doctors to have them look at my foot.
However, if you are up for a beer in SLO let me know.

    He's a Danger Ranger man.

    Much respect Garry. :thumb

We're out. I'll have plenty of chances to ride in the rain this spring I think.

I was really looking forward to getting out and seeing all of you fine folks :cry

My buddy, I think you met him at dvd or warped one year anyway he needs to get a ride in to stay sane and it is fun at times doing the opposite of a good idea.
Might be time for another ride report, this will be epic :poser

Aiming for kickstands up at 7am, tres pinos around 8:30 -breakfast - then down 25/198-peach tree/indian valley/vineyard canyon to parkfield. My guess is noon-ish but I am not sure maybe a bit earlier? Never gone the longer loop around so it will be new to me. PM your number if ya want me to "try" and txt ya as we leave tres or after as time allows? :dunno

best wishes for the pants :lol2

    For Parkfield
    Saturday
<table class="full" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="5"><tbody><tr><td class="vaT">[IMG]</td><td class="vaT full">Overcast with a chance of a thunderstorm and rain, then a chance of a thunderstorm and rain showers in the afternoon. High of 52F. Winds from the SSW at 5 to 15 mph shifting to the West in the afternoon. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near 0.3 in. possible.</td></tr></tbody></table>
Only ~.3 inch of rain ain't that bad, but the 52 degrees will necessitate the use of the auxiliary heating apparatus.

Have a great day, guys. May the rain and wind and snow and mud spare you their sorrow, and may the curves on 25 provide all the grippy adhesion you crave. :D

I'll be there no matter what. Maybe you guys want to do some horrible, sticky, adobe on the way back. I'll throw a pry bar, a shovel & some rope.

    And a chisel.

If you've got a SPOT, make your help message read something like "I'm stuck up to my ass. Bring a tank & some logging chain."

    sure

the great google says it is 3 hours from tres to parkfield via peachtree/indian valley then up via vineyard canyon. So with this nice weather maybe a tad longer :lol2

so a quick bite and off we go. My guess is 12-1 at parkfield but who knows, treadless can keep the seats warm :D

About an inch of rain overnight in Parkfield. I would be surprised if there isn't standing water out on Cholame Road.
