Yeah.. I could probably be coerced into going up anyway, but it may put a damper on the folks that planned on camping.

Yeah, if it looks like it will be dumping this weekend, even if I get indoor lodging, riding all the way down to Parkfield for lunch in the rain seems a bit retarded. I don't mind rain, but a full weekend of riding in it. :puke2

Lets keep our Qurans open, and praying to Allah in the prayers this will be a dry weekend.

    Durka Durka Nay Nay Jihaad!

Looks like I am out at this point, lets hope for nicer weather and a bigger group for the next attempt.

I'd need to see a pretty dramatic change in weather from what we have now. Could happen though- I'm leaving my options open.

Oh, come on now Garry. And PetefromBerkeley. Remember: HOPE AND
CHANGE (so, hope for some changes in the weather!) Don't worry-it will.

And: If you build it, they will come. (How that fits in I don't know):scratch

I have the kitchen pass secured so it will be a last minute call, kimpypunk and the other guy I was riding with are out so it would be me and whoever shows up at tres pinos if it happens.

Computorless informed me that he will be front of his tv if it's wet.

I guess I'll see what's what on friday and decide then, 'cause I'd hate to get my perm wet. :toney Or ride through a puddle that's deeper than <strike>I am</strike> Garry is tall. :D

Hey, I've got a new rear tire, and I finally replaced the front turn signals with something that hopefully won't break as easily.... and at least will be cheaper to replace if(when) they do?..

As Treadless said-Friday will be the clencher. Stay tuned. Meanwhile-back up plan? I'd settle for the nearest pub showing Dakar videos and serving some good microbrew. Huh? What? Oh, somebody said Garry was hosting a two day indoor ADV event at his house if Saturday blows out. OK. :deal Cool.........:clap:freaky:D. We can all get "Gillafunky" :eek1

Folks, my enthusiasm for a 400 mile ride on Saturday is certainly dampened with this weather report for Paso Robles, and Hollister area is no better:

    http://classic.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=93446

I'm going to stick close to home on Saturday - and look forward to catching up with youse on the next ride. If anybody does get out there on Saturday, be sure to put up some pictures.

Catch you on the next one then Andrew.

I'll be checking the report Friday night 10:00pm after watching Supernatural on TV. Then decide. Or if not a torrent I might ride down there anyway just for the hell of it.

Buddy just called and said look like really shitty weather and a chance of snow at 1000ft want to go riding!
    :dunno
