Did I meet you in Manzanillo? I lived there for a while and think I may have flagged you down while you were out for a ride with your wife about a year and half ago or so. I was that gringo who lives at the southern tip of Las Brisas.

Sounds like a party is being called for considering how many of you are making the boat trip to Colombia. Sounds great. I presume all of you will be passing through Costa Rica at some point on your way to Panama. I live in Costa Rica riding a Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200. Anyone who wants to stop by for a cold beer on your way through send me a note. Costa Rica is a small country and I know it like the back of my hand and I am always looking for a reason to ride. Likewise with one of my business partners but rides a GS.

I'll have to give you a shout on my way back up Yappei, Costa Rica is just beautiful and I want to know more of the best roads.

Excellent, I'm looking forward to getting some of your first hand trip information. It seems your are taking a trip I've been wanting to make for a while. I am located in the center of the country in the Capital city of San Jose, Escazu. It takes me about 45 minutes to get the the Caldera Port and about 1 hour to the city of Puntarenas. If I'm going from my home to the north western areas such as the City of Tamarindo or Portero or Flamingo or this vicinity it is about 4.5 hours from my house. A little further south of Puntarenas is the area of Jaco. I can catch up to you anywhere. "Have bike will travel". Stay in touch.

Today I was forced into the mad house of Paso Canoas, took hours to get anything done. If you are coming through Rio Sereno, I'd like to meet you in Volcan.

Yeah, we moved back north again toward the end of August when my contract was up. We're missing Manzanillo weather big time now that's cold up here.
